There is a new website for the Cedarcrest area.  Check it out.  This could be a great communication tool if we all get involved.  www.cedarcrestinfo.com.

There is a new ADDITION gracing Pensdale Place! Wes & Janet Fulbright just had their baby girl, Addison, on May 25th!  She is 7 lbs 7 oz and 19.25 long!!  Let's hope they will be able to share their bundle of joy with us at our Block Party!!

 

Kenny Specht has a car!  It's not so bad, he "seems" like a safe driver.  :-) Congrats Kenny!

It is with a sad heart to inform all of you that our friends and neighbors, Brian, Lisa, and Brennan Hernandez, will be moving to Oklahoma.  Brian took a new job with a different company.  We wish him and his family well.

Our bill for our Bentwater Home Owner Association assessment has arrived.  In with the bill was a website address to be able to pay your bill online.  What I found helpful was the link for the "Architectural Information".  Instead of hunting down your Bentwater book to find a copy of the "Application for Modification", you can print one online.  http://www.communityclubmgmt.com/

Don't forget...Applications for modification now costs money..just to submit.
